Your cycle.
Your pace.

An app for cycles that don't follow the textbook. For PCOS, variability, and everything in between.

Cycle overview in the calendar view of the Pomaia app
What you'll see A calendar without predictions. Just the facts you've logged.
Why Pomaia

When a regular tracker lets you down

Most cycle apps assume 28-day regularity, send warnings, and sell your data. If you have PCOS (now polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, PMOS) — or anything that breaks that pattern — you're left without a tool that actually understands you.

What you've likely experienced

  • "You're late" alerts, even when your cycle is simply 34 days
  • Ovulation predictions that don't match your body
  • No fields for hirsutism, acne patterns, insulin resistance
  • Data that ends up with advertisers

How Pomaia does it

  • No "late", no "abnormal" — just your data
  • No predictions. We show patterns, not promises
  • 32 PCOS-specific symptom fields
  • Your data stays on your phone. No exceptions

FAQ

Questions that keep coming back

Pomaia is a symptom journal, not a medical device under EU MDR 2017/745, and it doesn't provide diagnoses or treatment.
In May 2026, PCOS was officially renamed PMOS — polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome. The change took 11 years and reflects that it's not just an ovarian condition, but a complex hormonal and metabolic one. Pomaia works for both names — the physiology didn't change, only the term.

Yes, everything. You only need the internet to download the app and for occasional updates.
You export a JSON file with an optional password. Save it wherever you want — iCloud, Google Drive, email, an external drive.
Restore the backup from your exported JSON. Nothing has to sync through our servers.
Yes. It's for anyone with a variable cycle, or anyone who wants to record their body without being judged.
We don't predict. We show patterns from your data. For cycles that don't follow the textbook, predictions are often inaccurate and create false certainty.
